Our personal training programs are designed to keep older adults fit and improve or maintain their lifestyle led by our physical therapist. Physical therapists will assess every member who will participate in our personal training program and will design efficient, effective, and safe exercise programs that meet the particular needs of older adults. Our exercises are provided in sitting and standing activities. We closely monitor each member’s progress to make sure we stay in our plan with consideration to their general health.
