Patient Care Coordinator

Arwen is born and raised in Milford, CT. She graduated from Gateway Community College with an associate’s degree in visual arts. In addition to working at YouTherapy, Arwen also works as a lifeguard and swim coach/instructor through the AquaJets Swim Club.

While new to the patient care coordinator role, Arwen has several years’ experience in customer care.

Arwen works hard to make sure all patients feel welcomed and have an easy time scheduling their appointments.

At work Arwen can be found at the front desk checking-in and greeting patients.

Arwen enjoys working at YouTherapy thanks to the friendly and encouraging environment produced by staff, patients, and visitors alike.

Arwen’s favorites:

Arwen has a particular interest in classic literature such as Little Women, A Christmas Carol, and works by Mark Twain, and greatly enjoys movies from the golden area of Hollywood such as It’s a Wonderful Life and Neptune’s Daughter.

When not working, Arwen enjoys quiet time for reading (classic novels, nonfiction works, and Japanese manga), improving her artistic skills, swimming and weightlifting to stay active, and spending time with friends and family on the weekend.
