Nicole is a Milford, Connecticut native who earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Sacred Heart University. With a lifelong passion for athletics, she was a competitive gymnast and avid skier before continuing her athletic career as a Division I diver at Sacred Heart.
Nicole’s interest in physical therapy began in high school while undergoing rehabilitation for ACL injuries, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career helping others recover and return to the activities they love. She began her professional journey as a Physical Therapy Aide at Carolton Chronic & Convalescent Hospital and has since built her career on a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and personal understanding of injury and recovery.
Nicole has experience working with the geriatric population in multiple settings, including outpatient, STR/SNF, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), and hospitals.

Nicole enjoys treating Orthopedic & neurological conditions including Low back pain, Joint pain – Hip, knee, ankle/foot, Joint replacements, Balance, Vertigo, Parkinson’s Disease (PD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
The core values that drive my life include compassion and caring for people to help them live a healthy and strong life through movement and exercise as well as providing excellence of services through evidence based practice and team collaboration.
