Jovie Todorov earned her degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Universidad de Manila, where she developed a strong foundation in service excellence and business operations. She began her career in Dubai, UAE, where she spent nine years in the hospitality industry, advancing from barista to Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining environment.

Throughout her career in Dubai, Jovie gained extensive experience in managing fast-paced operations, leading diverse teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Her dedication to creating positive client experiences and her ability to adapt in high-pressure environments became key strengths that continue to define her professional approach.

Jovie now serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at YouTherapy Wellness & Physical Rehab, where she supports patient engagement and care coordination. Drawing from her hospitality background, she is committed to ensuring each patient feels welcomed, supported, and guided throughout their rehabilitation journey. Her work focuses on creating a seamless and compassionate experience that aligns with YouTherapy’s mission of promoting wellness and recovery.

One thing I want to fix is the feeling of uncertainty patients often experience during rehabilitation. Many patients feel overwhelmed or unsure about their progress, and I want to make sure they feel guided, informed, and genuinely supported every step of the way. By creating a welcoming environment and clear communication, I aim to turn what can be a stressful experience into one that feels positive and empowering.

I specialize in creating a welcoming and supportive environment by combining my background in hospitality with healthcare service. This allows me to deliver a high level of patient-centered care, where individuals feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
