The role

We are recruiting a full-time, experienced, licensed physical therapist for our Milford location.

You would be joining a small clinical team at 318 New Haven Ave, treating an outpatient caseload of adults.

The caseload is the whole pitch

One therapist. One patient. Every visit.

You are not doubling patients here, and you are not running three people through a circuit while you chart.

That means the hands-on work stays yours. You evaluate, you treat, you progress the plan, and you see whether it worked.

It is the reason our patients say the same thing back to us. It is also the reason our clinicians stay.

You did not spend years learning manual skills to hand them to a schedule. Here you get to use them.

You will keep getting better

We run a structured mentorship program, with unlimited CEUs. That is not a perk we bolt on, it is how we work.

Every clinician meets monthly for education classes. Recent and recurring topics include:

• Joint mobilizations
• Neurodynamics
• Exercise progression and regression
• Blood flow restriction

Everyone attends, new grads and 25 year veterans alike. The senior clinicians learn from the newer ones more often than you would think.

Youtherapy Wellness and Physical Rehab was founded by Rey Abadilla, PT. It is family owned and operated.

We intend to keep it that way. Nobody upstairs is going to raise your daily visit target next quarter.

Decisions about how patients are treated get made in this building, by the people doing the treating.
