Read Jennifer’s bioYou will not be doubled with another patient during your appointment time. That is not a line we invented for a website. It is how Dr. Chelsey Eddy describes her own schedule here, and it is how a patient, Joanne B., described her visits without anyone asking: “The therapist is not juggling three patients simultaneously.”
It matters because attention is most of the treatment. Someone has to watch how you actually move, catch the thing you are compensating for, and change the plan that same day. Nobody can do that from across the room.
The names above are physical therapists and occupational therapists, plus the four people who handle the parts nobody enjoys: scheduling, authorization, billing. Whoever you see, the visit runs the same way.
You are the one who still drives a neighbor to their appointments. Which is usually why your own shoulder has been waiting since spring. It does not get easier to start later. It just gets longer.
So pick a name, or do not. If someone above sounds right for what is going on, ask for them by name. If you have no idea who fits, tell us what is happening and we will match you. Call (475) 209-1606 or contact us, and we will find you a time.
