Call us, and it is usually Jovie.

She is our Patient Care Coordinator, which means she handles the part of this that has nothing to do with your knee: the first call, the questions you feel silly asking, the follow up when you said you would think about it.

Nine years in Dubai, and why it shows

Before healthcare, Jovie spent nine years in hospitality in Dubai. She started as a barista and worked her way up to Restaurant Manager.

That is a job built entirely on reading a room. Noticing who is uncomfortable. Remembering what someone said last time.

She brought all of it here. A first physical therapy appointment can feel like a lot, and the welcome is the part most clinics forget to design.

What she can help you with

• Getting your first visit booked and knowing what to bring
• What actually happens at a cause-first evaluation
• Passing your question to the right person on the clinical team

Jovie is not a clinician, so she will not give you treatment advice. What she will do is make sure the right one of our therapists gets your question.
