Dr. Chelsey Eddy, Physical Therapist at Youtherapy Wellness and Physical Rehab

The promise, in her own words

Chelsey says it plainly in her own bio: you will not be doubled with any other patient during your appointment time with us.

That is the whole model at Youtherapy, and it is worth being clear about why it matters.

If your therapist is running three people at once, you get set up on a machine and left there. Your hour becomes twenty minutes of attention and forty minutes of supervision.

Here, the hour is yours. One therapist, one patient, every visit.

Tennessee to Milford

Chelsey is a Tennessee native. She earned her PT, DPT at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2013.

She has been practicing since, and in 2025 she added her certification in Integrative Dry Needling.

When the room will not sit still

Vestibular rehabilitation is Chelsey's specialty: BPPV, vertigo, and dizziness.

If you have lived with it, you know it is not really a balance problem you can talk yourself out of. You turn over in bed and the ceiling swings. You look up at a shelf and have to grab something.

So you start avoiding. No looking up, no quick turns, no driving after dark. The world gets smaller a decision at a time, and nobody ever calls it a fall risk until it is one.

BPPV in particular is mechanical. Crystals in the inner ear end up somewhere they should not be, and the treatment is a specific series of positioning maneuvers, not a pill and a wait.

The first job is finding out which system is actually generating the symptom. That is what the evaluation is for.

Dry needling

Chelsey has been Certified in Integrative Dry Needling since 2025.

It is used for muscle tissue that has stopped responding to stretching and manual work, the knot that comes back every time. A thin filament needle goes into the tissue to change how it fires.

It is a tool inside a plan, never the plan itself. Learn more about dry needling.

One cause-first evaluation is where you find out what is really going on, and what can be done about it.
